Nice, I like it. Once downloaded the trial of Abrsoft Fantamorph but kept getting bored really quickly, so I don't have the patience for this kind of thing.
The morphing of the back-left leg of the horse keeps striking me as odd, because you've actually got the trouser leg morphing into the joint rather than the actual joint of the person (because to me it's implied in the books that it would actually be the joint that moves)...
Phah, it doesn't matter though. Oh, and nice name ^w^
